Simon has worked at the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø since 2013, initially joining as the Finance & Operations Director before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2016. Before joining the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø Simon worked in a variety of senior finance and operational roles across the charity, government, and NHS sectors.
As COO Simon oversees the operation of the ºÚ¹Ï³ÔÁϱ¬ÁϹÙÍø with management responsibility for Finance, Human Resources, Computing, Communications, Health & Safety, Estates, and Security. As Company Secretary, Simon also reports directly to the Board of Trustees.
Simon has a BA degree in Politics from the University of Sheffield and is a CIPFA qualified accountant.
Outside of work Simon enjoys watching cricket, walking, gardening and trips to the theatre.
